Massages are intended for clients to relax and de-stress - remember, your body is your temple and in order to take care of others you have to take care of yourself first.

Services include integrated modalities of Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reiki.

Both Chair and Table massage are available by appointment as requested by mobile massage.  Daytime massage is offered on Saturday and Sunday upon request.  If you are interested in having an in house massage at your residency, please let me know the details on your location as I have a maximum travel distance for single massage clients versus multiple / group massages. Group Massage Requests for wedding parties, work breaks or other gatherings are a great way to have a more communal experience with a shorter, more target-point oriented massage.

If you are in the farming or food service industry, please inquire about the working hands rates. 

Massages are 30 minutes to 90 minutes and priced at $1 a minute.
